Properties of Sodium Vitamin C Phosphate
The appearance is white or slightly yellow powder, odorless and tasteless, alkali and high temperature resistant, not easily oxidized, and the degree of oxidation in boiling water is only one tenth of that of vitamin C.
Application of Sodium Vitamin C Phosphate:
Sodium phosphate of vitamin C is a derivative of vitamin C. After entering the human body, it can release vitamin C through phosphatase, exerting the unique physiological and biochemical functions of vitamin C. It also overcomes the disadvantages of vitamin C's susceptibility to light, heat, metal ions, and oxidation, and is relatively inexpensive. Sodium phosphate of vitamin C appears as white or off white crystals and can be used as a nutritional supplement, feed additive, antioxidant, and cosmetic whitening agent. It also has anti-inflammatory and acne reducing effects.
Storage conditions: Store in a sealed container and keep in a cool, dry place. The storage location must be kept away from oxidants, away from light, and stored at room temperature.
