Description:
Tris(2-chloropropyl) phosphate is an additive type low molecular weight halogen phosphorus flame retardant with good flame retardant effect, mainly used in polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, phenolic resin, acrylic resin, rubber. And the flame retardant of coatings, also widely used in polyurethane soft foam, rigid foam and plastic products. It is also a good plasticizer.
Tris(2-chloropropyl) phosphateis used as an additive halogenated phosphate flame retardant and plasticizer, commonly used in flame retardant paint based on nitro fiber and acetate fiber, unsaturated polyester, polyurethane, acrylate, phenolic resin, etc., and also used as a plasticizing flame retardant for soft polyvinyl chloride. The addition amount of unsaturated polyester used in this product is 10% ~ 20%, which can be about 10% in polyurethane hard foam plastic (using flame retardant polyether as raw material) and 5% ~ 10% in soft polyvinyl chloride as an auxiliary plasticizing flame retardant.
It is used as a flame retardant in the production of the strip and piece of foam. It is a low cost flame retardant with good stability.
It is used for soft/hard polyurethane foam, which has excellent thermal conductivity and hydrolytic stability, is especially suitable for ASTME 84 (grade 11) foam, and has the characteristic of low viscosity when applied to unsaturated polyester resin and phenolic plastic at medium and low temperatures.
